Step 1. Login as an Administrator and go to My Account » OpenX Market. Provide an OpenX.org account or create a new OpenX.org account on this screen.

Step 2a. If you have OpenX version 2.8.1 or later, opt in any of your existing campaigns by using the OpenX Market Quickstart screen.

Step 2b. Go to Add new campaign or Edit campaign. Select the OpenX Market checkbox and provide a CPM you want OpenX Market to beat.

* Based on OpenX data, when OpenX Market exceeds the publisher floor price, it pays out an average of 25% more than the floor price. A publisher's floor price is set by the publisher and represents the effective CPM that he or she is otherwise expecting to receive from the campaign.
