Account preferences
The My Account > Preferences page is visible to all administrators and managers, and can also be viewed by advertiser and website users depending on the permissions they have been assigned. Your default view after selecting Preferences is the Banner Preferences page.
Banner Preferences

- Default Image/Default Destination URL: enter a default image/destination URL for OpenX to use if no other banners are available to display to a viewer. Setting these default URLs ensures that viewers do not see a blank space on a web page.
- Default Weight: you can change the Default Campaign Weight and Default Banner Weight from the preset value of 1.
Campaign email Reports Preferences

- Administrator email Warnings [administrators only]: control when email alerts about campaigns are sent to administrators warning when a campaign is about to end. The preset value determines that alerts will be sent when 100 impressions remain in the campaign and when the campaign has only one day left to run.

- Manager email Warnings: control when email alerts about campaigns are sent to managers warning when a campaign is about to end. The preset value determines that alerts will be sent when 100 impressions remain in the campaign and when the campaign has only one day left to run.

- Advertiser email Warnings: control when email alerts about campaigns are sent to advertisers warning when a campaign is about to end. The preset value determines that alerts will be sent when 100 impressions remain in the campaign and when the campaign has only one day left to run.
Timezone Preferences
To change the time zone for a user, select an alternative time zone from the dropdown menu.
User interface preferences

- Inventory: enable or disable the display of items in the inventory, such as extra campaign/banner information, banner previews, inactive items and parent campaigns.

- Confirmation in User Interface: disable or re-enable the appearance of a warning before a delete action is executed.

- Statistics: add or delete additional items to be shown in your activity statistics. Please note that adding a lot of extra columns can make them harder to read.
