We're currently developing on a hosted version of OpenX. This will make it much easier for all web publishers out there to use OpenX, since they won't need to worry about installing or hosting on their own webserver. It's a pretty big step forward for the OpenX Community and there's still a lot of hard work left to do.
We want to get the OpenX Community involved early so we can shape the hosted product based on your feedback. As such, we are looking for publisher to take part in beta testing. Our first rounds of beta testing will only involve a handful of people, but we will involve more and more testers over time.

What benefits does a hosted version offer?
With the hosted version you don’t need to install and host OpenX yourself. This means it’s easier to get started and you don’t maintain your own ad server which will save you time and money.
Will I be able to upgrade from my existing installation of OpenX?
We will be providing an upgrade path for existing OpenX publishers.
Will you continue to develop the downloaded version of OpenX?
Yes, the downloaded version is still very important to us and our publishers and will continue to be open source.
