No call back, no follow through
I've spoken to Vincent a couple times by phone. I understood he seemed busy but he did offer to help. I waited for the phone consulting at the scheduled time and he didn't call. This was the second time this happened in two weeks. I called 3 more times and followed up with an email and none of the calls or email were returned.
I even said if he didn't have the time to at least let me know. If there's a good explaination for wasting my time I'll erase this post but for now I say he doesn't follow up and he doesn't keep his scheduled appointments.
