Email zones

Email zones display banners in email newsletters. There are a number of constraints on these zones:

  • Only banners from campaigns with specific start and end dates can link to an email zone.
  • You cannot link a campaign to an email zone; you must link directly to a banner.
  • Use only plain banners for email zones. You cannot use .swf files or HTML ads.
  • You cannot rotate ads in an email newsletter zone because ad rotation relies on cookies and most email clients do not support cookies.
  • The No Cookie Image Tag is the only invocation code type available for email zones.

Set any optional parameters you want to use and click the Refresh button to update the bannercode. When you have set all desired parameters, copy and paste the bannercode into your email newsletter template.
